Elizabeth is a program associate on the Start Early Consulting team, supporting strategy and operations of the practice – implementing, maintaining, and improving the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to successfully guide Consulting’s engagements with state and community partners. For example, Elizabeth has contributed to the development of the systems mapping tool and service, which delivers visual dashboards of early childhood data for community systems.

Prior to working at Start Early, Elizabeth was a youth & teen service library manager and librarian who supported underprivileged youth and teens; assessed social-emotional, educational, mental health, and community support needs; and provided access to programs, information, resources, and support. Elizabeth has a passion for both LGBTQIA+ and disability advocacy and education, as well as trauma-information approaches. Elizabeth holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
