Policy Manager, Start Early

Kayla Goldfarb is a policy manager in Illinois policy at Start Early. She has been with Start Early since May 2019, having previously worked on early childhood and family economic security policy in Connecticut.

Her work on the Illinois Policy Team focuses on home visiting, and she provides staffing support to the Illinois Home Visiting Task Force. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
