Dr. Liliam Perez is an early childhood practice consultant for Start Early’s The Essential Fellowship. She currently provides training, peer collaboration and transfer to practice consultation to educational leaders in Oregon, California, Illinois, and Texas.
Prior to joining Start Early, she was a quality assessor for the state of Illinois and a Taking Charge of Change mentor at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University. She is a former Head Start Director for Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, online adjunct professor for University of Cincinnati in Ohio, and adjunct faculty for Morton College in Illinois. She is a learning expert for The Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network (HITN) Parent’s Corner and writes articles in Spanish, providing advice to parents.
