Madison Ezell is a Policy Analyst on the Illinois Policy team at Start Early, where she focuses on systems change work to build an early childhood system that works for children, families and providers in the City of Chicago. Madison joined Start Early’s Illinois Policy Team in 2022, and was spurred by a passion for the health of birthing parents of vulnerable populations and their young infants to seek opportunities to advance equitable systems level changes.

Madison holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health and a Master’s of Public Health degree, both from DePaul University.
