As program manager of advocacy and policy, Nadia Gronkowski supports the creation and execution of Start Early’s systems change and federal advocacy strategies. She is passionate about advancing policies that are at the intersections of poverty, education, early childhood development, child health and racial justice. In previous roles, Nadia has supported the senior leaders of the Educare Learning Network in advancing their strategy, and helped lead the implementation of an evidence-based prenatal-to-career strategy for Sangamon County in Illinois. Nadia holds a master’s degree in Environmental Conservation Education with an emphasis on advocacy from New York University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Legal Studies and Education from Lake Forest College. She is a proud graduate of Chicago Public Schools.
