As the Home Base Supervisor at Start Early, Victoria dedicated her efforts to supporting our Home Visitors in actively engaging children and families in our program. Victoria assisted in delivering quality services tailored to meet families wherever they are in their journey.
With over two decades in the Head Start field, Victoria’s career began as a volunteer at El Hogar Del Nino, before advancing to a teacher aid role. Her passion for early childhood education took root during her time at Metropolitan Family Service, where she worked as a Teacher Assistant. Shortly after, Victoria transitioned to a home base setting, starting with Children Home & Aid Viva Home Base, whose work focused on children aged three to five.
Victoria’s heritage, as a descendant of Mexican parents, shaped her commitment to inclusivity and diversity. She proudly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Practice, complemented with a minor in Early Care and Education Administration.
