Every year, the Impact Initiative creates an opportunity to strengthen early childhood leaders’ ability to address equity issues in their system with the support of high-quality consulting. The Impact Initiative is designed to leverage philanthropic resources to boost local systems-building work, offer lessons and insights for other states and communities, and promote equity and quality across the early childhood field.
Through a simple application process, the Impact Initiative pairs systems with experienced Start Early consultants so public sector leaders and advocates can more quickly understand, plan for, and implement specific improvements to policies and programs. Through this collaborative, tailored engagement, leaders leverage Start Early’s decades of experience to move their local system-building priorities forward.
