Illinois Policy & Advocacy

For decades, our policy team has been a leading voice and advocate for early learning and care in Illinois.

Our Work

Through administrative, legislative and grassroots advocacy, we seek to inform, create and strengthen conditions that enable equitable access to high-quality services for our state’s youngest children — prenatal through age 5 — and their families across Illinois.
