Our TA focuses on a full range of areas: model fidelity, funder obligations, staff development, program innovation, and the use of Start Early’s specialized data system.
We approach our work through a partnership lens, invoking the parallel process to support program leaders as the experts in regard to their particular program, and establishing our role as one of support, encouragement and guidance.
